Recent additions to Chief Appraiser -- newest first.
Hundreds of training videos from software companies, educators and the agencies, organized by UAD 3.6 chapter and topic. Filter to the program you use, see what is new, and find the right video under your search answers.
A chapter-by-chapter guide to the redesigned UAD 3.6 form: the form's own words for everyday terms, what each section asks for, and practice questions to test yourself.
A running feed of recent appraisal, GSE, and regulatory news, cited and summarized from public sources -- plus a box right on your search results page linking to coverage related to what you searched.
A second, independently-sourced answer box next to every search result, pulling from the wider web when Chief Appraiser's own vetted library doesn't have the full picture -- always labeled separately so you know what's a cited guideline versus general web information.
Short, topic-matched video picks now appear alongside relevant search results -- a quick visual explainer to go with the guideline text.
